Our Beliefs

God

We believe there is one God who eternally exists as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. God is the Creator of all things and is perfectly loving, holy, faithful, and worthy of our worship.

The Bible

We believe the Bible is God's inspired Word and our ultimate authority for faith, life, and practice. Through Scripture, God reveals His character, His purposes, and His plan of salvation through Jesus Christ.

Jesus Christ

We believe Jesus Christ is the Son of God, fully God and fully human. He lived a sinless life, died on the cross for our sins, rose from the dead, and reigns as Lord. Through His life, death, and resurrection, we are offered forgiveness, reconciliation with God, and eternal life.

Salvation

We believe that salvation is a gift of God's grace received through faith in Jesus Christ. No one can earn God's favor through good works. Through Christ, we are forgiven, made new, and invited into a lifelong relationship with God.

The Holy Spirit

We believe the Holy Spirit dwells within every believer, empowering us to follow Jesus, grow in Christlike character, serve others, and participate in God's mission in the world.

The Church

We believe the Church is the global community of all who follow Jesus. God calls His people to worship together, grow in discipleship, serve one another, and share the hope of the Gospel with the world.

Worship

We believe worship is a wholehearted response to God's goodness and grace. Worship can be expressed through many forms, including music, prayer, service, creativity, and movement. We see dance as one of the many ways people can honor God and respond to His presence. Psalm 149:3 and Psalm 150:4 remind us to praise God with dancing, and we seek to use this gift with humility, excellence, and joy.

Our Mission

We believe God calls every believer to participate in His mission of making disciples and reflecting His love to the world. Through dance, community, teaching, and outreach, Cultivate seeks to create spaces where people can encounter God, grow in faith, develop their gifts, and use the arts for His glory.

Our Commitment

We are a Christ-centered, Gospel-driven ministry that welcomes people from diverse backgrounds and church traditions. We seek to foster an environment marked by grace, truth, humility, excellence, and love as we pursue worship, discipleship, and community together.

Cultivate is not affiliated with a specific denomination. We partner with a range of churches and organizations to serve God and people, remaining rooted in the historic Christian faith.
